I was extremely Happy and pleased to get this entire set of Non stick baking pans from Elite Bakeware.. This set includes 9"x13"x2" rectangular baking pan, 8"x8"x2" square cake or casserole pan, 9.5"x5"x2.25" rectangular loaf pan, 7.5"x2" circular cake or pie pan and a 16" x10" cupcake pan. These are heavy duty steel pans that are coated with superior non stick coating for ease of baking and to prevent food from sticking into it .. you don't have to use any greasy residue like cooking spray or oil wash on to it, Bake in more healthier way. All of the pan has wide handle bar along with silicon covering for ease of handling..
I tried out baking a cake and garlic bread out of it with no issue, But noticed certain things that I would like to mention here
Silicon grips doesnt seem like they are heat resistant, it burns your fingers on direct touch and hence gloves is must to handle these pans..
These silicon smell bad when in oven So I won’t recommend putting your pans with silicon grips on, unclip these grips and use pans as you normally do
Large pan loses its flat bottom shape on high heat of 450F in oven but then it retains back to its flat bottom when cooled down.
So overall I have a good and also some bad experiences with these pans but a great baking bundle set to ave at an affordable value
